Warranty and Damage
Due to the nature of this product, exchange or refund is not possible due to hygiene issues. You should file a complaint with the carrier as this can happen during transit. After that, please report it to us so we can upgrade too. Because most products are heavy, even cardboard boxes or airplane cases can be scratched or broken during shipping. Beyond that the remainder are also lower hertz settings without going too high up the scale, most of the novelty settings found on other vibrators are thankfully missing here, if your partner is a “dial in” setting of a traditional vibrator then this will likely be appreciated.
In terms of weight it is a bit light, I’d hoped for more (better frequency distribution) but it’s not bad, very slender, sprue moulding is a bit rough at the tip (ouch) but can be smoothed down.
The button presses do need a firm press, not the greatest but not bad, the led in the heart section pulses with the rhythm of the setting (which helps you understand the rhythmic pulses, a video of this by the seller would be helpful.
Overall this was bought for the first 3 settings, the fact the rest are also playing to the low end rhythm is an unexpected bonus.
