Order confirmation, cancellation and refund

All sex dolls are custom made and production time is 1-2 weeks from the manufacturer before shipping, typically 1-2 weeks from shipping (UPS 5-10 expedited shipping). You can expect the total build and delivery time of your dream doll to take approximately 3-5 weeks (actual time may vary depending on delivery location). Manufacturing and delivery of products may be delayed due to holidays, anniversaries, or unavoidable circumstances.
As this is a custom product made only for you, you cannot cancel your order for any reason and it will be a final sale. If you wish to amend, modify or upgrade your order, you must contact us within 24 hours of the date and time of purchase to request the change, confirm availability and may incur additional charges depending on the application.

Warranty and Damage

Due to the nature of this product, exchange or refund is not possible due to hygiene issues. Please understand that this is a common practice in the sex doll industry.
Do not sign the package if the product or part is damaged in transit and the box is visibly damaged. You should file a complaint with the carrier as this can happen during transit. After that, please report it to us so we can upgrade too. Because most products are heavy, even cardboard boxes or airplane cases can be scratched or broken during shipping. If there are any obvious problems with the box, please report it to the shipping company.
