Warranty and Damage

Due to the nature of this product, exchange or refund is not possible due to hygiene issues. Please understand that this is a common practice in the sex doll industry.
Do not sign the package if the product or part is damaged in transit and the box is visibly damaged. You should file a complaint with the carrier as this can happen during transit.
