Warranty and Damage
Due to the nature of this product, exchange or refund is not possible due to hygiene issues. You should file a complaint with the carrier as this can happen during transit. After that, please report it to us so we can upgrade too. Very powerful for its size and the battery lasts much longer than we expected. We also really like the magnetic charger, as opposed to the headphone-jack plugs that most similar items use. We’re not worried about snapping this one off every time it needs more power. It stays in very well, which is nice considering that so many of these like to pop out at the worst possible time (if you catch my meaning!). The only hitch is that it’s small so getting it out can be a bit tricky, at least the first time. All told, we’re very happy with it.
