It is 99% accurate in its description.
The measurements are about as accurate as can be ( slightly off depending on if you measure complete length or usable length… ).
But I agree with many of the reviews. This is very small.
It is entirely unusable for me.
With a lot of time and effort I can barely get the balls into the device, but it is impossible to close the bar which closes above them.
It needs to be at least 20% larger for it to actually fit.
Without being able to close that bar, the device is useless.
The quality control where the lock attaches the front piece to the rest of it is slightly too large, because of that it is extremely difficult to place and remove the lock cylinder. It sits so with so much friction that I fear actually breaking the key trying to turn it.
This can be corrected with a minor effort of filing it down. But since the size is too small ( for just about anyone ) the point really doesn’t matter.

Received an intact device exactly as shown 17 days after order was placed. The 180g mirror polished stainless steel device which has no sharp points comes 2 locks and 2 pairs of keys which are all alike. Penis must enter thru the 41mm x 30mm opening and then exit under the very tight half round 19mm x 30mm penis lock support opening. Take care to avoid pinching the penis tissues all along where the removable penis holder meets the cage as well as on either side of its lock. Need to lock down very flaccid penis then with both testicles in basket tightly tie scrotum under scrotum clamp hinge and thru opening behind its lock to keep testicles in place and avoid pinching scrotum both at hinge and lock during closure. Used a 1mm thick 4mm wide 450mm long rubber strap to do this. Protrusion of front lock very noticeable in underwear. Device is totally disabling. Underside of scrotum remains tightly stretched. After 12 hours fluid buildup around testicles causes them to fill cage.
