As this is a custom product made only for you, you cannot cancel your order for any reason and it will be a final sale. Warranty and Damage
Due to the nature of this product, exchange or refund is not possible due to hygiene issues. You should file a complaint with the carrier as this can happen during transit. After that, please report it to us so we can upgrade too. alright SO. packaging was pretty discreet but there is no, i repeat, NO solid wrapper around the actual dildo. once the box is opened, you know what it is IMMEDIATELY. be warned !! now onto the actual item. its GIRTHY. i got the small n i was in SHOCK when i pulled it out of the box. if you’re at all uh, ~tight~, the small is more than enough for you, trust me. as far as realism goes, it is extremely realistic. the skin texture at the base where the balls are is amazing, the texture in the head is realistic, and the veins are perfect. yes, as some said, its a little softer than most dildos, but i actually enjoy that a lot. i also saw some talk about the head being uncomfortable. now it IS very flared out, but for me, it feels good. i feel no discomfort as some have said they felt. just be aware of that when you buy it. its no joke. honestly i have zero regrets i LOVE it
