Warranty and Damage
Due to the nature of this product, exchange or refund is not possible due to hygiene issues. I have sometimes problem with pairing or app but restart phone, app and device solve it. I discuss that with seller and communication is very good. Draw something menu in app no hold last intensity position when you move out your finger and equipment stops. But rest is pretty good. I think equipment is cozy, functional and very ok with description so I am satisfied.
