Order confirmation, cancellation and refund
When you place an order, you will receive an order confirmation email. This means that our system has received your order and pre-authorized your credit card for purchases.Once your order is placed, we begin the doll making process. As this is a custom product made only for you, you cannot cancel your order for any reason and it will be a final sale. If you wish to amend, modify or upgrade your order, you must contact us within 24 hours of the date and time of purchase to request the change, confirm availability and may incur additional charges depending on the application.
Warranty and Damage
Due to the nature of this product, exchange or refund is not possible due to hygiene issues. Please understand that this is a common practice in the sex doll industry.Do not sign the package if the product or part is damaged in transit and the box is visibly damaged. You should file a complaint with the carrier as this can happen during transit. After that, please report it to us so we can upgrade too. Because most products are heavy, even cardboard boxes or airplane cases can be scratched or broken during shipping. If there are any obvious problems with the box, please report it to the shipping company.

Kinda retro-style, we bought it in memory of one that we enjoyed very much years ago… So far very happy with this one, it is the same shape, which is really nice and comfortable for him to put it inside me and move inside in different directions, touch my sensitive areas from different angles. The material is very smooth and touchy and the head is even slightly bigger than our old one, and much more frequencies than the old model, which is pleasant. Due to the shape it is comfortable and can be taken even when you walk, you can be sure it does not fall out.
