As this is a custom product made only for you, you cannot cancel your order for any reason and it will be a final sale. Warranty and Damage
Due to the nature of this product, exchange or refund is not possible due to hygiene issues. You should file a complaint with the carrier as this can happen during transit. After that, please report it to us so we can upgrade too. All perfect though I would have loved a bigger ball(6-7cm)!! Arrived 1 week early! But the packaging is not discreet, it’s just a bubble envelope that it’s clear to the touch!! It should have been put in a box

Check your ring size, I know that 40mm is a great size, nice and snug, not too lose and not to too tight.
The positon of the ball plug is great, only it would be much better if it was larger, I think this one is also 40mm, but if there were options for plug balls that were say 50, 60, 70 and 80mm i think this would be the perfect combo for the wearing and prostrate massage.
Its great anyway also.
