You can expect the total build and delivery time of your dream doll to take approximately 3-5 weeks (actual time may vary depending on delivery location). Manufacturing and delivery of products may be delayed due to holidays, anniversaries, or unavoidable circumstances.
As this is a custom product made only for you, you cannot cancel your order for any reason and it will be a final sale. If you wish to amend, modify or upgrade your order, you must contact us within 24 hours of the date and time of purchase to request the change, confirm availability and may incur additional charges depending on the application.
Warranty and Damage
Due to the nature of this product, exchange or refund is not possible due to hygiene issues.
