Order confirmation, cancellation and refund

Manufacturing and delivery of products may be delayed due to holidays, anniversaries, or unavoidable circumstances.
As this is a custom product made only for you, you cannot cancel your order for any reason and it will be a final sale. If you wish to amend, modify or upgrade your order, you must contact us within 24 hours of the date and time of purchase to request the change, confirm availability and may incur additional charges depending on the application.
Warranty and Damage
Due to the nature of this product, exchange or refund is not possible due to hygiene issues. Please understand that this is a common practice in the sex doll industry.Do not sign the package if the product or part is damaged in transit and the box is visibly damaged. You should file a complaint with the carrier as this can happen during transit. After that, please report it to us so we can upgrade too. Because most products are heavy, even cardboard boxes or airplane cases can be scratched or broken during shipping. Oh my God. It. wouldn’t need to be longer or thicker at all, it really fills a woman out. And it has power, which is unbelievable, plus the rotation from bottom to top and the turning movements.
Generally, I’m not a fan of these suction cups. I have to add that I had trouble finding the manual switch and the remote control has a strange battery, which is hard to find here. Can be controlled manually as well as with the remote control. But the toy is fun for women who like it long, thick and hard.
