As this is a custom product made only for you, you cannot cancel your order for any reason and it will be a final sale. Warranty and Damage
Due to the nature of this product, exchange or refund is not possible due to hygiene issues. You should file a complaint with the carrier as this can happen during transit. After that, please report it to us so we can upgrade too. Because most products are heavy, even cardboard boxes or airplane cases can be scratched or broken during shipping. The device was packaged well in a retail box and all the parts sealed in bags. It also contains a set of unique keys for the lock, unlike most cheap chastity devices where all the locks are keyed the same.
One thing to be aware of: This device is available with either a set of round rings, or a set of contoured rings. The rings look like the ones included with a lot of other Chinese chastity devices, but they’re not. The spacing of the holes for the pins is different. Most of the generic devices have the pins spaced 30MM apart, while the pins on this device are spaced at 35MM apart. If you already own other chastity devices, do not assume that you’ll be able to use those rings with this device or vice-versa.
