Order confirmation, cancellation and refund
When you place an order, you will receive an order confirmation email. This means that our system has received your order and pre-authorized your credit card for purchases.Once your order is placed, we begin the doll making process. All sex dolls are custom made and production time is 1-2 weeks from the manufacturer before shipping, typically 1-2 weeks from shipping (UPS 5-10 expedited shipping). You can expect the total build and delivery time of your dream doll to take approximately 3-5 weeks (actual time may vary depending on delivery location). Manufacturing and delivery of products may be delayed due to holidays, anniversaries, or unavoidable circumstances.
As this is a custom product made only for you, you cannot cancel your order for any reason and it will be a final sale. If you wish to amend, modify or upgrade your order, you must contact us within 24 hours of the date and time of purchase to request the change, confirm availability and may incur additional charges depending on the application.
Warranty and Damage
Due to the nature of this product, exchange or refund is not possible due to hygiene issues. Please understand that this is a common practice in the sex doll industry.Do not sign the package if the product or part is damaged in transit and the box is visibly damaged. You should file a complaint with the carrier as this can happen during transit. After that, please report it to us so we can upgrade too. Because most products are heavy, even cardboard boxes or airplane cases can be scratched or broken during shipping. If there are any obvious problems with the box, please report it to the shipping company.
If there is a problem with the product, please send us a picture and we will evaluate the problem and provide a solution based on the nature of the problem.
If the problem is caused by us or our manufacturer, we will take care of it.

This is a fun little toy, with a wireless remote to put your partner in control. The silicone body feels comfortable against you, and on a full charge runs for over an hour, with distinct vibration patterns. Some of the more intense patterns are a bit louder than others so you’ll maybe want to use your own discretion before playing in public, otherwise the intensity, and unpredictability of having a partner in control of the remote makes for a fun night in. The product comes with a remote, a charging cable, and a discreet carry pouch. the remote requires two AAA batteries, which are not included, so make sure you grab a few.

update my wearable vibrator no longer works… it didn’t last very long that’s for sure…Very soft, and I’m impressed by how powerful this intense little pleasure maker is. The vibrator itself is larger than i anticipated making placement an issue. It’s a bit difficult to walk around or move about comfortably with it in place especially while wondering excitedly when the next jolt of pleasure would be granted to me by The Man. The package was sealed, not damaged or missing anything. My only issue is the comfort and tight fit being a little on the wide side when upright. Otherwise THIS PRODUCT IS GREAT.
