Order confirmation, cancellation and refund
When you place an order, you will receive an order confirmation email. This means that our system has received your order and pre-authorized your credit card for purchases.Once your order is placed, we begin the doll making process. As this is a custom product made only for you, you cannot cancel your order for any reason and it will be a final sale. Warranty and Damage
Due to the nature of this product, exchange or refund is not possible due to hygiene issues. You should file a complaint with the carrier as this can happen during transit. After that, please report it to us so we can upgrade too. Because most products are heavy, even cardboard boxes or airplane cases can be scratched or broken during shipping.
